Why Quarantine in Massachusetts?

We are thrilled to announce our newest and most ambitious project yet: the creation of a Quarantine and Adoption Center in Massachusetts!

According to U.S. regulations, animals arriving from overseas and out of State must undergo a mandatory quarantine period before they can be adopted. This process ensures that every dog and cat entering the country is fully healthy, properly vaccinated, and safe to join their forever families. Massachusetts, with its strong animal welfare standards and large community of adopters, requires this step to protect both pets and people.

For Pet-a-tet Rescue Group, this center will be a lifeline for hundreds of rescued animals who are waiting for their chance to start new lives in loving homes across the United States.

Why We Need Your Help

Building and operating this facility is an enormous undertaking. The cost of establishing the Massachusetts Quarantine & Adoption Center will be over $300,000—covering everything from proper enclosures and veterinary equipment to transportation, staffing, and licensing.

This is where we cannot do it without you. Every dollar donated will go directly toward making this center a reality and saving more lives. By supporting this project, you are helping us give homeless, neglected, and abandoned animals a safe passage to the families who are waiting for them.
