After five month of preparation and negotiations we finally see the first results. 👍🏻 Shelter construction is at full speed. The crew from Serbia is working on structures, while local team is welding animal quarters. Unfortunately there is still no electricity on site, we are still waiting on final signature on our approval permit. We have been waiting since January, and hope to see this illusive pencil scribble by the end of July. Can not be more excited!)
